Marlon Polycarbonate Roofing

Marlon CS

Longlife profiled polycarbonate sheeting is a high performance polycarbonate rooflight sheet, which admits natural light into domestic, commercial, industrial and other buildings. Marlon CS Longlife can be used to form complete roof coverings or can be incorporated into profiled metal roofing and cladding systems, ranging from simple single skin to advanced composite panel.

A protective co-extruded layer on the outer surface of the sheet forms a barrier which is resistant to the detrimental effects of UV light, minimising long term yellowing and maintaining mechanical properties. Marlon CS Longlife carries a 10 year warranty in respect of light transmission and a 3 year warranty in respect of weather breakage.

Marlon CST

Longlife profiled multiwall polycarbonate sheet provides all the characteristics of our standard corrugated sheet with the added benefit of insulation from the multiwall structure. All of this along with added co-extruded Longlife protection from the effects of UV weathering makes the product ideal for a wide variety of applications. Marlon CST Longlife can be used with fibre cement sheeting or as a complete roof and wall sheeting material.

Marlon FS

Flat polycarbonate sheet offers a superior glazing solution to that of other materials, particularly when safety or impact resistance is of vital importance. The criteria for safe, attractive and practical glazing in hospitals, schools, sporting facilities and other public areas are easily met through the use of Marlon FS.

Marlon FS is a very durable material, many times tougher than glass, with excellent light transmission, fire performance and stability in temperature extremes. It's clearly transparent, maximising light transmission when required and through tints can also offer solar control. Durability and design freedom are two of the key features which designers seek when selecting modern materials. Marlon FS offers both features plus many more benefits over traditional glazing and fabrication alternatives.

Marlon ST

Marlon ST Longlife 8mm Fourwall, 32mm Tenwall, 35mm Tenwall, 40mm Tenwall and 55mm Tenwall. In colder climates the insulation benefits of Marlon ST Longlife are an important feature. The 55mm Tenwall structure, with a U value of 0.83W/m²K, is one of the most energy efficient glazing materials available, with better insulation properties than most triple glazing or argon filled double glazing, so is ideal for use as part of a heated structure.

Marlon ST Longlife is a high performance polycarbonate rooflight sheet which has been designed for industrial, commercial, leisure and domestic applications where insulating glazing is required.

As the name implies, Marlon ST Longlife has impressive durability characteristics with a high degree of resistance to the harmful effects of extended usage under natural sunlight or artificial UV light conditions.

Polycarbonate sheeting has earned an excellent reputation for design flexibility, toughness, resilience, stable performance in temperature extremes, excellent fire ratings and for economy. Marlon ST Longlife has distinct advantages over traditional glazing materials in that it can be easily cut and trimmed on site, formed round gentle curves and its toughness to weight ratio prevents it suffering in transit.
